Romantic suspense writer, avid reader, and work from home wife and mom who loves the creative beauty of nature.
Since 2008, Danielle has worked as a freelance editor writing instructor. She has also been reviewing books since 2016. She especially enjoys reading mysteries of all types, from lighthearted cozies to romantic suspense to gritty thrillers. She has had the privilege of being on the launch teams for authors such as Jaime Jo Wright, Natalie Walters, Tessa Afshar, Roseanna M. White, Ronie Kendig, and Susan Sleeman, as well as being a part of Bethany House Publisher’s monthly review team and Revell Reads. Most of all, she enjoys spreading the word about her favorite authors’ new books.
Danielle’s short stories and articles have appeared in several publications, including Z Publishing’s Emerging Writers series, the 2014 edition of the Christian Writer’s Market Guide, and Parables Magazine. Danielle’s debut novel, middle grade historical mystery The Vanishing Kidnapper, was published in 2015. Her middle grade short story, “Choices Amid the Trees,” can be found as a Kindle book.
She earned an M.A. in Communication and Culture from Trinity International University, a B.A. in Communication from Louisiana Baptist University, and an A.A. in Biblical Studies from New Tribes Bible Institute, as well as attained the Apprentice, Journeyman, and Craftsman Level certifications from the Christian Writers Guild.
Over the years, she has had the privilege of doing short-term missions work in various countries, including Bolivia, Italy, England, and Uganda, as well as volunteer work with junior highers. She has also taught college courses on intercultural communication and group dynamics at Trinity International University.
Though a Chicagoland native, Danielle now lives in Wisconsin with her husband, two boys, and Labrador puppy. She also enjoys a good cup of tea.
